Job summary

The Hobson Cambridge, Downing PIace, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, hosts an F&B Supervisor role within the Adina brand of TFE Hotels. You will lead front-of-house operations, ensuring service standards are met across restaurant and events, while supporting the bar and restaurant manager in daily duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating service periods, training staff, and ensuring billing and POS processes are executed correctly, with a focus on a guest-centric guest experience

As an F&B Supervisor at Adina, you will accompany all culinary areas from the very beginning, set standards and responsibly ensure their implementation. You support the bar and restaurant manager in the day-to-day management and supervise the respective team members with sensitivity. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and distribution of tasks for all service periods and ensure that the area is presented in accordance with departmental guidelines with a trained eye. As a true team leader, you pass on these guidelines and service processes to the entire team in training sessions.
