Job summary

It supports flexible, hybrid working and requires commitment to patient-centred service delivery within NHS policies. Based in Norfolk/Suffolk region, the post involves working across Trust locations with a strong emphasis on professional HR practice and staff development.

Qualifications

• Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff
• Comprehensive knowledge of Employment law, HR developments and best practice
• HR policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, accurate HR advice to managers and staff across the Trust
• Support absence and performance management activities and contribute to HR projects
• Coach leaders in supporting staff while maintaining professional relationships

Education

Part CIPD qualified or working towards

Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development
