Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in an HR employee relations role managing your own case load.
• Good knowledge of UK Employment Law and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR advice to enable supervisors and managers to apply policies.
• Handle or signpost HR queries; escalate where necessary.
• Translate employment law into practical people solutions for a fast-paced business.
• Deliver employee relations requirements including absence and performance management.
