Job summary

HeliosX is seeking a People (HR) Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover to support our operations hub of around 140 people in Leamington Spa. You will shape and deliver people strategies that build capability, strengthen culture, and enable teams to thrive in a fast-paced, physical-operations environment.

Working with business leaders, you will develop managers, foster motivation and wellbeing, and provide pragmatic, data-informed HR advice to navigate change and scale with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in an operational environment (manufacturing, retail, or scale-up with a warehouse or physical operations).
• Track record of coaching managers to improve performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders in fast-moving, high-pressure settings.
• Balance performance expectations with wellbeing and sustainable culture.
• Emotionally intelligent, adaptable and credible with high-performing teams.
• Comfortable using people data to inform decisions and shape proactive strategies.
• Genuine energy for engagement and culture-building work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to shape people strategies that boost performance and capability
