Job summary

St. Anne's Community Services is seeking a Systems Implementation & Coordination Lead in Leeds. The role focuses on coordinating configuration, data migration, testing and go-live activities to ensure the system aligns with policy, workforce needs and compliance across the organisation.

Post‑go‑live you will act as the system expert, oversee governance, user access and ongoing changes, and drive continuous improvement through targeted training and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting or contributing to a system implementation or rollout
• Experience of working with external system suppliers or implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration, data migration, testing and go-live activity with stakeholders.
• Ensure the system meets policy, workforce and compliance needs.
• Act as system SME post-implementation, supporting governance, user access and changes.
• Design and deliver structured training and change enablement materials.
• Analyse system usage and data quality to identify improvements.
