Qualifications

• HR administration experience or strong understanding of HR processes.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration for starters, leavers, internal moves and family leave processes.
• Prepare employee documentation and ensure HR records are accurate.
• Maintain HR systems and produce regular reports.
• Process payroll-related changes accurately and on time.
• Support employee relations activity through meeting coordination, note-taking and documentation.
• Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
