Job summary

Nine Twenty Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Scottish organisation delivering essential care and support services. The role focuses on leading a major Business Improvement Programme to modernise core HR, payroll, finance and rostering platforms across the organisation.

The implementation Project Manager will own the detailed plan, govern the partner against the SOW, manage data migration and cutover, and ensure a smooth go-live with stabilisation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance or HR/payroll implementations to live running and stabilisation.
• Proven track record coordinating implementation partners against a statement of work.
• Strong data migration, testing and cutover management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed implementation plan and cutover strategy across all phases.
• Manage the implementation partner and supplier against the statement of work and milestones.
• Lead the design authority for configuration decisions and data reconciliation and sign-off.
• Oversee go-live decisions, business continuity at cutover, and post-implementation adoption.
