Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join the Finance and HR team at the Midsomer Norton site. The role combines day-to-day HR admin with accurate and timely processing of two payrolls using Moorepay, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time while supporting the Group HR Manager with HR activities and projects.

You will work closely with managers, employees, and stakeholders across the business in a varied role within a collaborative team,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience running payrolls.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process two payrolls accurately and on time.
• Produce payroll reports and respond to queries.
• Assist with HR administration and HR project support.
• Support pension contributions and year-end activities.
• Liaise with auditors and managers across the business.
