Job Description:

Are you an experienced, part-time HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Manager looking to progress your career working with some of the world’s largest brands?

A global technology company focusing on digital transformation is looking for a talented HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Manager to join their growing team on a part-time basis in Hemel Hempstead. The company works with some of the world’s largest businesses, and their people-centric focus is key to their success.

This role will be an integral part of the HR administration team across the UK, ensuring compliance with all employee-related policies and procedures, undertaking specialist and generalist HR and payroll tasks, and ensuring everything aligns with legislation and best practices.

What you will do as a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager:
  1. Provide support, guidance, and advice for management regarding employee relations.
  2. Develop HR initiatives, implement them across the business, draft policies and procedures for review, and coordinate annual appraisals.
  3. Prepare, check, input, and process payroll for over 50 employees, including payroll journals for review.
  4. Handle HR month-end reporting.
  5. Assist with internal and external recruitment.
  6. Line management experience.
What you will need as a HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Manager:
  1. Experience in a HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Manager role.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  3. Highly organized with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  4. Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
