We are looking for a Fostering Recruitment Team Manager for this well-thought-out organisation's Fostering service in the West Midlands. This is a full-time, homeworking position.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).
This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and their families, working with a therapeutic approach. They are highly creative in their work and have multiple children's services.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams, at Senior Social Worker level+, post-qualification, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
