Position Details

• Position: Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager
• Location: Remote or London based if preferred
• Salary: Up to £32,000 base salary with fantastic earning potential (OTE £53k)

We seek a passionate, results-driven, and experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to lead our successful Apprenticeship/Trainee Dental Nurse Recruitment Team.

In this fast-paced, target-oriented role, you will manage and motivate your team of recruitment consultants, as well as handle your own vacancies through the full 360 recruitment process. You will be involved in candidate sourcing, client communication, and supporting candidates through to training program placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and measuring achievable stretch targets for the team
• Supporting team members to achieve KPIs
• Driving team development and performance
• Collaborating cross-functionally to meet recruitment targets
• Managing a personal caseload of vacancies
• Engaging with clients to take vacancies, provide course info, and follow up with candidates
• Arranging interviews, offer details, and setting up DAS accounts where applicable
• Resourcing candidates according to eligibility and course requirements
• Conducting candidate interviews and checks
• Providing candidates with full course and job details to enhance retention

Requirements

• GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent
• Experience in recruitment or sales roles
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Knowledge of funding body requirements
• Familiarity with Ofsted Inspection Framework
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving deadlines
