Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking an HR Partner & Competency Manager to lead recruitment and strategic workforce planning for UK site activities, including internal/external staffing and mobility. You will partner with HR and site leadership to align workforce capabilities with long‑term objectives.

The role combines workforce analytics, talent management and HR partnership to ensure the right skills are available to meet future business needs. Experience in nuclear or energy sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Likely to have a Human Resources related degree or CIPD Level 5
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience with agency management (permanent and temporary)
• Leverage HR analytics tools to support decisions
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, multi‑cultural and international environment
• Experience in resource mobilization, recruitment and HR management
• Rigor and ability to prioritize and manage time
• Planning management proficiency
• Nuclear industry knowledge or experience on a power plant site is a plus
• Integrity in decision making, communications, actions and interactions
• Language: English (fluent)

Responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site staffing plan with internal and external workforce and coordinate with site management
• Coordinate external and internal staffing with agencies and monitor KPI delivery
• Support international mobility and ensure proper induction for new joiners
• Develop and implement Strategic Workforce Planning to anticipate long‑term site needs
• Provide HR coaching and develop tools for site management and teams
