Job summary

Arabelle Solutions, part of the EDF Group, is seeking an HR Partner & Competency Manager for the UK HPC site. You will drive workforce planning, coordinate internal and external staffing, and partner with HR and site management to meet long-term objectives.

You will provide HR expertise, coaching, and induction support, while leading competency development and staff mobilization across the site and broader teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR planning and workforce analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels and external suppliers.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to partner with HR and business teams to drive workforce strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staffing plan execution for internal and external workforce.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, from posting to interviews.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting for staffing activities.
• Support international mobility topics on-site with HR & Mobility teams.
• Provide induction and buddy support for new joiners on site.
