Job summary

Arabelle Solutions, part of the EDF Group, is seeking an HR Partner & Competency Manager for our UK civil nuclear site in Bridgwater. You will lead staffing ramp-up, coordinate internal and external workforce, and drive strategic workforce planning to meet long-term objectives.

• Requires English (fluent) and strong HR partnership experience.
• Experience with strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics.
• Ability to lead staffing ramp-up for on-site nuclear site activities.
• Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staffing ramp-up and coordinate internal/external workforce onboarding.
• Develop and implement strategic workforce planning aligned to site needs.
• Collaborate with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition to fill roles.
• Provide HR coaching and support to site managers and employees.
