Job summary

Arabelle Solutions, part of the EDF Group, is seeking an HR Partner & Competency Manager to drive workforce planning and staffing across the Hinkley Point C site in the UK. You will coordinate internal and external staffing, develop competency frameworks, and partner with HR and site management to ensure the right skills are available for project ramp-up and long-term delivery.

The role emphasizes workforce analytics, talent management, and HR partnership on a major nuclear infrastructure

Qualifications

• Human Resources degree or CIPD level 5 (or equivalent).
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning for large sites or projects.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staffing ramp-up and coordinate internal/external workforce actions.
• Develop and implement Workforce Planning and competency frameworks for on-site teams.
• Provide HR coaching and partner with site management to drive workforce develop and performance.
