Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner to join the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team at the fulfillment center.

You will support Team Leads and Area Managers on people-related matters, manage cases, and help drive engagement initiatives on site. You will collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and High Volume Hiring to deliver programs, analyze workforce data, and ensure compliance with local employment law, working with management to uphold the highest

Qualifications

• Completed university degree before start date or graduation within last 24 months.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• HR degree or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR-related topics, acting as trusted advisor on people matters.
• Act as a point of contact for FC Associates, supporting their HR needs and ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Manage employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Support initiatives to address and improve workplace environment and employee engagement site-wide.
• Collaborate with High Volume Hiring, HR Shared Services, and Payroll to execute hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with site HR team to develop, implement, and maintain effective communication plans.
• Lead or support HR projects, driving them through to completion.
• Collect and analyse data to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
• Conduct compliance audits and apply knowledge of local employment law with supervision from management.
