Job summary

Creation Group is seeking a part-time HR Officer to support the growth and development of our people function across the company. The role covers onboarding, employee relations, payroll data, and policy administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with directors and managers to ensure compliant HR practices, maintain HR systems, and produce monthly reports while preserving discretion and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a generalist HR Function.
• CIPD Level 5 Qualification or working towards.
• Excellent up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law Legislation and ACAS Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a range of complex employee relations casework.
• Analyse, interpret and communicate often complex, contentious and sensitive information to agree and deliver an appropriate course of action.
• Maintain internal HR systems including managing all employee data.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support performance review cycles and frameworks across the company.
• Produce monthly and annual HR Reports including key HR metrics.
