A growing business in Portsmouth seeks an HR Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and involves managing employee relations, implementing HR projects, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified, possess strong ER experience, and be committed to diversity in the workplace.

Liberty Recruitment Group are excited to be working with our client based in Portsmouth, who is on the hunt for a dedicated HR Partner owing to the growth in this business.
This role really does truly partner with the business and provides operational and strategic HR support.
It is a full-time, permanent role where you will be able to work from home 2 days a week. This is a multi-site role where you will need to visit the sites in the Portsmouth area as required.
Reporting to a Deputy People Director and overseeing an HR Officer, the successful candidate will ensure best practice is at the root of all people matters. You will;

The salary for this role will be between GBP38,000 to GBP45,500, depending on experience.
