The Schools People is a provider of HR & Employment Law Consultancy and DPO Services to Schools, Academies, and Multi Academy Trusts. Through our parent company Schools Advisory Service, we also support their clients with advice on Occupational Health matters, and this year are launching the Doctor HR service to provide that added value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner in HR & Employment Law, primarily, but knowledge of GDPR and management of Occupational Health matters in education would be advantageous. The role is home-based (we set you up), but travel across the NW and more widely is required to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy to clients, covering a full range of education HR and employment law issues. Contributing to our DPO service or the Doctor HR service would be welcomed.

Qualifications
