Job summary

CSL Seqirus seeks an experienced HR Operations specialist to manage day-to-day HRIS processing in Workday and related systems. You will perform data audits, support payroll interfaces, and collaborate with global COEs to maintain accurate compensation and benefits data.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process execution, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement of HR operations through SOP creation and escalation of complex issues to Tier 3 when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and transactional processing in HR systems.
• Proficiency with Workday and ERP/SAP data processing.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR processes in Workday and related systems.
• Conduct data audits in Workday; process error reports.
• Support compensation, benefits and payroll interfaces; ensure KPI adherence.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles for HR Ops.
