Job summary

CSL in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support Germany and Switzerland, focusing on compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition. You will handle end-to-end HR transactions using Workday and SAP and manage case-work with the HR Service Center.

The role involves documenting inquiries, escalating complex issues, and liaising with CoEs, Payroll and HR systems to ensure timely and accurate service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS transactional processing in Workday or similar systems.
• Familiarity with SAP or other HR data interfaces.
• Strong documentation and case-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of End-to-End HR processes and tasks from Workday and local systems.
• Conducts day-to-day HRIS transactional processing in Workday and other related HR Systems.
• Independent implementation of data Audits in Workday and independent processing of error reports.
• Supports HR COEs Compensation and Benefits for executing core, common and consistent processes.
• Ensures interface to payroll accounting and data uploads for benefit programs.
• Assist in developing standard work, SLAs and KPIs for HR Operations.
