Job summary

Epicor in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Operations and Recruiting specialist to maintain accurate employee data and support Workday Recruiting.

You will work with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and hiring managers to ensure compliant documentation and timely communications across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on data integrity, onboarding, background checks, and terminations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a related function.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting or a comparable Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Workday Recruiting maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, or business process administration.
• Experience with employee data management, onboarding, background checks, I-9 compliance, terminations, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data, files, and HR documentation in line with policies and regulations.
• Support Workday Recruiting maintenance, including requisitions, job postings, candidate records, and offer details.
• Coordinate requisition and offer review processes, troubleshoot workflow routing, approvals, and notifications, and escalate complex issues.
• Create offer, promotion, and internal change letters for candidates.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to manage onboarding for new hires, temporary workers, and internal transfers.
• Process and monitor background checks and ensure I-9 documentation is completed.
• Manage termination processes, severance, COBRA, and related notifications.
• Manage temporary worker processes and communications with the payrolling vendor.
• Monitor HR Shared Services mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Own HR and recruiting reports, data analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
