Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a skilled HR Operations and Recruiting professional to maintain employee data and run Workday Recruiting processes. You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and hiring managers to deliver accurate lifecycle processes and timely stakeholder support.

The role requires 3+ years in HR Operations or Recruiting, with Workday Recruiting experience and strong data management, reporting, and communications. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or related function.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or a comparable ATS.
• Experience supporting Workday Recruiting maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, or business process administration.
• Experience with employee data management, onboarding, background checks, I-9 compliance, terminations, HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data, files, records, and HR documentation per policies and regulations.
• Support Workday Recruiting maintenance: requisitions, job postings, candidate records, statuses, interview stages, offers, approvals, and business processes.
• Coordinate requisition and offer reviews; troubleshoot workflow routing, approvals, and data issues; escalate complex system issues.
• Create letters for offers, promotions, transfers, and internal changes; ensure timely completion.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, temporary workers, and internal transfers; coordinate tasks and communications.
• Process and monitor background checks and I-9 documentation; ensure compliance.
• Manage termination processes and related notifications; coordinate severance and COBRA.
• Oversee temporary worker processes and payroll coordination with vendor.
• Respond to inquiries and manage HR mailbox; provide timely, professional support.
• Own HR and recruiting reports, data analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
