Job summary

Epicor is seeking a proactive HR Operations & Talent Acquisition specialist to support day-to-day HR processes and Workday Recruiting. You will ensure accurate employee data, manage requisitions, postings, offers, and onboarding, and collaborate across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to maintain a compliant, well-documented employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or Recruiting roles.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or ATS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation per policy.
• Support Workday Recruiting maintenance: requisitions, job postings, applications, offers, and approvals.
• Coordinate requisition and offer processes; troubleshoot workflow and data issues.
• Prepare letters for offers, promotions, transfers, and internal changes.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR for onboarding of new hires and contractors.
• Process background checks and I-9 compliance requirements.
• Manage terminations, COBRA, and severance notifications.
• Oversee temporary worker processes and vendor coordination.
• Monitor HR Shared Services mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Own HR/recruiting reports, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
