Job summary

Epicor is seeking an HR Operations professional to maintain employee data and HR records in compliance with policies. The role supports Workday Recruiting maintenance, requisitions, postings, and candidate management, while coordinating onboarding for new hires and transfers.

You will collaborate with Recruiting and HR teams, manage background checks, I-9 compliance, and termination processes, ensuring timely and accurate HR processing across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or related function
• Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS
• Experience with employee data management, onboarding, background checks, I-9 compliance, terminations, and HR reporting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data, files, and HR documentation in line with policies and regulations.
• Support Workday Recruiting maintenance: requisitions, postings, candidate records, interview stages, offers, approvals.
• Coordinate requisition and offer reviews; troubleshoot workflow routing and data issues with internal teams.
• Create offer, promotion, transfer letters for internal and external candidates.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to manage onboarding for new hires, temporary workers, and transfers.
