HR Operations Specialist

  • Permanent
  • PART TIME FOUR DAYS A WEEK
  • up to £45,000 FTE
  • Central London offices
  • Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week

Oakleaf Partnership is recruiting a part-time HR Operations Specialist to support their global professional services firm. The role involves HR operations, query resolution, and end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR operations for EMEA and UK&I teams
  • Acting as liaison between People Services and UK People Partner teams
  • Handling escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2 HR matters
  • Managing tasks such as family leave calculations, garden leave, sponsorship training, bonus clauses, long-term absences, GIP claims, data accuracy in Workday, legislative changes, exit processes, restructuring, and redundancies

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in HR Operations, preferably in Shared Services
  • Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • UK employment law knowledge (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships across EMEA
  • Flexible, resilient, and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication skills
