Zusammenfassung

One YMCA Group is seeking an HR Operations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to streamline HR processes and payroll workflows. You will work at the center of HR operations, driving data accuracy and improving self-service through SharePoint and digital resources.

You will coordinate the colleague lifecycle, develop the HR Operations team, and embed efficient workflows across systems. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong MS 365 skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using HR, People or business systems and maintaining accurate information.
• Confidence with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting process improvement, digital transformation or automation.
• An understanding of employment legislation, data protection and People best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activity across the colleague lifecycle within HR operations.
• Support and develop the HR Operations team, providing day-to-day leadership and workload coordination.
• Oversee payroll-related processes and liaise with wider HR activity for accurate administration.
• Maintain accurate records and support workforce reporting with Operations & Systems Officer.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce administration and enable automation.
