Job summary

7 Hospitality Management is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our head office in Perth, Scotland. The role offers a mix of remote and office work each week and candidates from further afield will be considered for remote arrangements.

You will support the Head of HR as an experienced HR Generalist, driving people strategy, KPI reporting, and HR governance across the hotels in our portfolio. Previous HR generalist experience in hospitality is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same or similar role is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent communicator capable of working with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to manage business/workflow priorities.
• TUPE experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise hotel management teams on all HR aspects.
• Monthly review and reporting of HR KPI metrics with action plans to improve performance.
• Manage HR systems and ensure activities comply with employment law and best practice.
• Coach and mentor managers; handle employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Drive health, wellbeing and engagement initiatives across hotels; ensure governance across HR functions.
• Support onboarding of new additions to the 7H portfolio to ensure seamless integration.
