Job summary

Dains in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support Scotland across three businesses and approximately 200 employees. You will act as the trusted HR contact for colleagues, managers, Directors and Partners while working closely with the central HR team based in the Midlands.

You will need to be confident working independently, resilient under pressure and comfortable supporting a diverse range of stakeholders with different priorities and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR advisory role, ideally within a multi-site or multi-business environment.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies and employment law with practical application.
• Confident using HR systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and produce data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for Scotland, supporting three businesses and ca. 200 employees across a broad range of people matters.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, wellbeing, engagement and day-to-day people management issues.
