Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of the HR operations function, with a strong focus on employee engagement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and providing support.
  • Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a seamless transition.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, generating reports to inform decision-making.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration, organizing events and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: HR operations, preferably within an MSP or technology company.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in: HR information systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with: Payroll and benefit administration.
