Job description

Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Oakleaf Partnership North is seeking a HR Operations Manager to join our Financial Services client's team based in Leeds on a permanent basis. This role has been created due to continued growth.

As the HR Operations Manager, you will lead a team of four and collaborate effectively with the HR Business Partnering team to deliver excellent HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the migration and transfer of employee data.
  2. Oversee the operational design and delivery of cyclical HR processes.
  3. Ensure all documentation issued by the team is accurate and timely.
  4. Support team development and individual growth opportunities.
  5. Collect and analyze data from various systems to identify and mitigate risks.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a HR Operations or data-focused HR leadership role.
  • Proficiency in handling large data sets.
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Effective team leadership and management skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and adaptability to change.
