Job summary

MRP Group in London is seeking a SAP Data Lead to manage the Oracle to SAP SuccessFactors migration, owning data strategy, governance, cleansing, mapping, and validation across Employee Central and related modules.

You will lead end-to-end data migration activities, define ownership models between HR, Payroll and IT, oversee ETL pipelines, and ensure readiness for go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years ERP/HCM data migration experience, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS HR/Payroll is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and SuccessFactors data structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall data migration strategy for the SAP programme.
• Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality frameworks across HR data domains.
• Define data ownership models (HR, Payroll, IT) and oversee readiness KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end data migration lifecycle: extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, handover to SI.
• Own data mapping between Oracle legacy structures and SAP SuccessFactors objects.
• Design and oversee ETL pipelines using SAP data tooling for data movement.
• Coordinate master and transactional data migration and load cycles.
• Conduct data quality assessments and cleansing ahead of migration.
• Design and execute validating data processes and reconciliation routines.
• Manage exception/error resolution across load runs.
