Job summary

Sophos is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Platform Manager to own delivery, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the HR technology stack. You will lead a 4–6 person team across Manila and the UK, partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver stable, scalable HR tech in a hands-on leadership role.

The role emphasizes governance, release management, data quality, and agile delivery, with a strong focus on using AI to drive planning, documentation, testing, and automation for HR

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience including platform administration, configuration, and integrations.
• Proven track record delivering HR technology projects end-to-end with scope, planning, risk and budget management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with backlog management and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Mature the HR technology operating model including governance and release management.
• Lead a 4–6 person development team across Manila and the UK, covering new modules, enhancements, and BAU support.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, reporting, risks, issues, budgets.
