Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist day-to-day operation of HR including colleague engagement, relations, wellbeing, performance, and absence management.
• Quickly building rapport with our teams, you will provide advice.
• Support the administration of monthly payroll processes, including preparing updates, maintaining accurate colleague records, and liaising with the Payroll team to ensure timely updates.
• Deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance colleague skills, ensuring compliance with Hyatt Learning and other training programs.
• Ensure learning compliance across the hotel, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all training requirements are met.
• Manage and utilise all HR systems (e.g., People).
