The HR team consists of the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Coordinator. Working closely with the Human Resources Director, you will play a key role in delivering the HR function across Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford.
Support the day-to-day operation of the HR function across Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford.
Promote colleague engagement, wellbeing,learningand development initiatives that enhancethe employeeexperience.
Provide first-line HR advice and support to colleagues and managers on a range of people-related matters.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, interviewing,hiringand onboarding.
Assistwith monthly payroll administration, ensuring colleague records and data aremaintainedaccurately.
Coordinate onboarding,inductionsand colleague lifecycle administration, ensuring a seamless employee journey.
Deliver and support trainingprogrammes, including Welcome to Hyatt sessions and compliance training.
Monitor learning and development compliance,maintainingaccuratetraining records and reporting whererequired.
Organiseand support colleague events, recognitionprogrammesand engagement initiatives throughout the year.
Maintain andutiliseHR systems, including PeopleSoft, Taleo,FourthHospitality and Hyatt Learning.
Build positive relationships across the business and help foster a workplace culture aligned with Hyatt's values.
Working hours aregenerally Mondayto Friday during office hours, although flexibility may berequiredtoworkoccasional evenings and weekends, particularly when attending colleague engagement and social events.
You will havepreviousexperience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar HR role, ideally within hospitality, along with a good understanding of UK employment legislation.
A confident communicator, you will enjoy supporting colleagues and managers, delivering training, and working across a range of HR activities including recruitment, employeerelationsand payroll administration.
Organised, approachable and detail-oriented, you will be passionate about creating a positive colleague experience and helping to foster a great workplace culture. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
