Bosch invites applications for an HR Intern - Systems, Data & Administration based at the Denham office for a 12-month placement starting July 2027. You will support HR administration, maintain employee records, update HR systems and assist with payroll-related reporting while ensuring compliance with company processes.

You will participate in the BUILD Programme, gain hands-on experience with SAP and other HR systems, and collaborate with the HR Services team in Budapest on transactions and

• Studying for a degree in a relevant discipline; HR-focused preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and work with HR data and systems.
