Job summary

Bosch is offering a 12-month HR Intern - Operations, Employee Experience & Administration based at the Denham office. You will support employee and manager inquiries, assist with recruitment coordination, absence management, and intranet communications as part of our BUILD Programme.

You will work with the HR Services team in Budapest, build relationships with stakeholders, and assist HR Business Partners on projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers for HR processes.
• Coordinate with HR Services in Budapest to raise requests and track progress.
• Support absence process management and documentation.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the trainee recruitment programme.
• Create and maintain HR communications for Bosch intranet.
• Draft employee correspondence and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities and projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders with a customer-focused approach.
