Job summary

Info Technology Supply Ltd, based in Harrow, UK, is hiring an HR Generalist on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours weekly). The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll liaison, and compliance in a fast-paced, international context.

Qualifications

• Previous HR or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
• A degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, liaising with agencies and sharing job specs.
• Screen CVs, forward shortlisted applications, schedule interviews, and inform staff of vacancies.
• Lead onboarding, provide HR system training, and manage travel for HQ visits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support payroll data preparation and provide guidance on expense procedures.
• Create HR documentation and ensure policy delivery aligns with compliance.
