Job summary

Modis (HR transformation team) is seeking an HR Operating Model Specialist to help clients transform how HR services are delivered. You will design operating models, review end-to-end processes and drive improvements across shared services and HR functions to enhance employee experience.

You will use data, benchmarking and workshops to recommend practical changes, and support adoption of new processes and ways of working across complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR transformation or supporting HR operating model changes within complex organisations.
• A strong understanding of HR operations, shared services and how HR services are delivered.
• High-level knowledge of HR systems and processes across payroll, time management and benefits.
• The ability to analyse data, simplify complex problems and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops and building agreement across different teams.
• A proactive approach to delivery and an interest in improving employee experience.
• CIPD or project management qualifications would be useful, alongside experience contributing to proposals or developing consulting offerings.

Responsibilities

• Help clients answer questions and turn recommendations into practical change on large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Join an established HR transformation team and work on programmes that reshape how HR services are delivered.
• Design and review end-to-end HR processes and improve collaboration between shared services and HR teams.
• Use data, research and benchmarking to understand challenges and develop clear recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, bring stakeholders together and support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and development of new consulting offerings.
