Veolia Environmental Services (UK) Plc invites a dedicated HR Coordinator / Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Well End. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, maintain HR records, and support managers and staff with HR inquiries.

This role anchors our employee experience during a period of Ecological Transformation. You will coordinate onboarding sessions, prepare documentation, and ensure accurate HR data across systems while contributing to improvements and compliance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in HR, onboarding, or admin support.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HR software and Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees and issue offers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Support payroll data accuracy and HR reporting needs.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and process improvements.
