Job summary

Preservica, Abingdon-based, is seeking an HR administrator to join our small, close-knit team. This full-time, hybrid role covers records management, onboarding and reviews, benefits and payroll support, and helping maintain the employee handbook.

You will support training initiatives, employee engagement and HR policy delivery, using HRIS systems and standard office software; familiarity with AI is a plus as we continuously improve our people processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Comfortable working with HRIS systems and standard office software.
• A proactive, people-first attitude in a small-team environment.
• Familiarisation with AI is an advantage.
