Job summary

The Martin Group of Companies is seeking an HR Officer to deliver proactive HR support across the Group. You will manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations administration, Occupational Health coordination, GDPR administration, probation management and HR compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing HR support across recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Experience handling GDPR records and data protection compliance.
• Knowledge of probation management and HR compliance activities.
• Experience working in a multi-site organisation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment across Group businesses and manage applications.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding packs.
• Support employee relations matters and investigations.
• Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and absence management.
• Assist with GDPR and information request administration.
• Support probation reviews and HR documentation compliance.
• Liaise with payroll for starter documentation processing.
