Job summary

H W Martin Holdings Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide professional HR support across the Group. You will coordinate recruitment, manage onboarding, and handle employee relations administration in a busy, multi-site environment.

The role covers Occupational Health coordination, GDPR administration, probation management, and HR compliance activities, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. A full UK driving licence is beneficial for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an HR environment and recruitment administration.
• Onboarding and employee documentation experience.
• Maintenance of confidential records and HR data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity across the Group and manage applications.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding packs.
• Support employee relations administration and investigations.
• Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and absence management.
• Support probation administration and GDPR/DSAR activities.
• Maintain HR records, policies and MIS reporting.
• Partner with managers to ensure right-to-work compliance and audits.
