A well-established regional organization in Uxbridge seeks a capable HR Officer, offering a flexible work-from-home option. You will support the HR function, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while providing administrative support to the People Team.
A well-established regional organisation based in Uxbridge is seeking a capable HR Officer to join the team. As a business that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Reporting into the People & Culture Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for HR queries and provide proactive support to the People Team to assist with the end-to-end HR function. This role primarily covers the scope of onboarding, learning & development and recruitment processes including managing the full recruitment lifecycle. In addition to this, you will support employee relations processes, provide administrative support and act as a reliable, friendly and accessible point of contact for colleagues across the business.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be an accomplished HR professional with excellent communication skills and demonstratable expertise in providing a proactive service. You will have solid recruitment experience and will be a CIPD Level 3 qualification. You will also have knowledge of MS Office Applications including Excel coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
