Salary: £16k (full-time equivalent £40k)

Location: Convent Garden Offices, London (Office-based Tuesday and Thursday, with one day remote work)

Position: Senior People Advisor (Part-Time, 3 days a week)

Overview: We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our client's dynamic HR team, supporting the London and US offices. The role involves ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and providing expert HR advice. The candidate will be office-based on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with one day remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Inductions: Conduct comprehensive induction programs for new hires, prepare and distribute materials, and ensure documentation completion.
  • Newsletters: Create and distribute monthly HR newsletters, collaborating with departments for content.
  • Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing timely responses and escalating complex issues.
  • Office HR Advice: Provide HR advice to office employees, ensuring policy and legal compliance; assist managers with HR issues.
  • General HR Support: Support HR administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
