An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join a dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing expert knowledge of HR processes, advising colleagues, managing recruitment and induction processes, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for understanding our business needs, developing HR strategies that align with these needs, and ensuring that we attract and retain diverse talent. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, overseeing payroll operations, and providing guidance on development to managers and their teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our policies comply with current legislation and best practice. Your expertise will be crucial in providing counsel on employee relation issues, leading relationships with account teams, suppliers and recruiters, and maintaining high standards of quality within your team.
What you bring:
The ideal Human Resources Officer will bring a wealth of experience in Human Resources. You will have a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to advise colleagues and develop new strategies. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, while your experience in managing recruitment processes will ensure that we attract and retain diverse talent. Your ability to interpret data from employee satisfaction surveys will be crucial in making recommendations for improvement, and your knowledge of current legislation and HR best practice will ensure our compliance.
Experience working within the manufacturing (or similar blue-collar) industry is essential.
