Are you an HR Officer seeking a new challenge?

This role would suit someone with around 12 months of experience in Human Resources, familiar with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management processes.

The contract/internship will initially run for 6 months, with the potential for a further 6-month extension.

You will report to the HR Business Partner Senior Associate on a daily basis.

Must have:

  • Ability to work in Central London (Mayfair) daily, 5 days a week
  • Confidence
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Experience working with contracts
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with using Workday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the UK HR team in employment processes such as recruitment, intern onboarding, benefits, and other HR projects.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for interns, including preparing contracts, introductory letters, and new starter emails.
  • Monitor and manage tasks within Workday (HRIS).
  • Organize, file, and prepare HR documents.
  • Update internal databases with intern information, contracts, and employment forms.
  • Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards.
  • Coordinate HR interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and HR inductions for interns.
  • Register new joiners onto the benefits platform.
  • Support in organizing career fairs and related activities.
  • Assist with employee HR queries, such as password resets for HR portals.
  • Participate in other HR-related activities as needed.

Communication scope:

  • Regular contact with UK and global HR teams
  • Some interaction with London employees

Regulatory responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Understand and adhere to UK Regulator's Conduct Rules
