Job Description

  • Ensure the organisation complies with relevant employment laws and industry regulations.

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Advise staff and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training on compliance-related topics.

  • Provide administrative support for the wider Human Resources team.
