Job Description
- Ensure the organisation complies with relevant employment laws and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Advise staff and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training on compliance-related topics.
- Monitor and review organisational policies, updating them as necessary to meet regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support for the wider Human Resources team.
