As our HR Officer in London, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing UK & Ireland team. You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day HR questions, ensure smooth payroll and HR administration, and help create a positive, well‑organised office environment.
You’ll report to our People Team Lead and work closely with our People & Talent team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the hands‑on side of HR ops, is genuinely people‑focused, and loves creating an office environment where everyone feels supported, connected, and at home.
Be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR questions from our UK & Ireland team.
Support the People Team Lead with operational HR administration.
Assist with payroll coordination and liaise with external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Keep up to date with changes in HR and employment legislation and requirements.
Manage the London office supplies, deliveries, access, and keeping our workspace welcoming and organised.
Organise office and company events in the UK, from team socials and offsites to annual celebrations.
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR processes and UK employment requirements (right-to-work checks, documentation, etc.).
Collaborate with the wider People & Talent team on global initiatives like engagement surveys, company events, and culture projects.
Previous experience in an HR or People Operations role and familiarity with UK payroll and benefits.
Accurate and detail-oriented you handle payroll and HR data with care.
Service-minded you believe HR is here to support; approachable, empathetic, and proactive.
