Job Title: HR MI & Rewards Analyst
Expanding its HR MI & Rewards team, our client is hiring an HR MI & Reward Analyst. This role involves taking ownership of the Management Information across HR and Rewards.
You will support the Head of Reward and HR Operations Manager and team with research, analysis, design, and effective administration of compensation and reward projects and programs across the organization, along with managing HR data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research into Rewards, including salary surveys, to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Perform salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
- Manage job grading processes.
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to internal salary structures, bonuses, and incentives based on market trends.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to address compensation-related inquiries, such as compensation modeling.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to compensation practices.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to analyze compensation packages for new hires, providing guidance and advice.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR MI reports.
- Provide data and analysis to support business needs and decision-making, with the ability to narrate insights through analytics.
- Produce monthly HR reporting and MI for the team, senior leaders, and board presentations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong numerical, advanced analytical, and Excel skills.
- Experience in compensation modeling, budgeting, and salary benchmarking.
- Understanding of core reward processes and experience with cyclical activities is advantageous.
- Proven ability to analyze large data volumes, identify trends, and communicate key messages.
- Excellent HR Systems & MI experience, preferably within financial services (e.g., HiBob, Workday).
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially Power BI, Word, Excel (including VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience delivering reports and presentations to management audiences.
